About

# I build the whole system, from the agent fleet to the UI. _Depth is the point, and I make it cheap._

I start from the business need and the budget. I ship a pilot within a week. Then I improve it from real feedback.

About ten years in software, and in AI since 2022. An AI master's degree from before the LLM wave. Before going independent, I was co-founder and founding engineer at ResearchTech. There I built several research systems. The largest and most complex was the [VC research system](/work/matchmaking/). It's behind [the numbers](/method/#scale) on the How it works page.

Video analysis is my oldest specialty. My master's thesis was on following objects in video with AI.
